About the Award

This award is presented to those Scouts who have:

• Earned all four of the Catholic Religious Emblems by following the program requirements
• Earned Pope Pius XII in the Catholic Diocese of San Diego the emblem year it is to be given
• Are active in their Scouting unit
• Are active in their Parish

​Applications will be given to registered PPXII Counselors to distribute to all scouts in their classes in April of each year. Awards will be given out at our annual Emblems Ceremony.
